In September 2024, Pure Driven Events successfully executed a strategic switch event aimed at transitioning existing customers from legacy brands to exciting new offerings. By for example targeting Fiat customers and guiding them towards the innovative designs of MG, as well as assisting Honda customers in exploring the dynamic features of Kia and Nissan vehicles, we facilitated a seamless brand transition. Our expert team employed data-driven strategies to enhance engagement and drive attendance, ultimately achieving remarkable conversion rates. This event not only revitalised our client's customer base but also positioned them effectively within the competitive automotive market, showcasing the appeal and value of the new brands on offer.
The Pure Driven Events Switch Event delivered outstanding results, achieving a remarkable total of 1,711 appointments. Of these, 1,227 were successfully booked by prospects themselves, demonstrating strong engagement and interest. Additionally, 481 appointments were secured by sales executives and managers, showcasing the effectiveness of the client’s proactive outreach. This impressive performance resulted in a 3.4% appointment-to-prospect conversion rate, highlighting the event's successful impact on both lead generation and sales opportunities.
The client achieved remarkable success by generating a total of 893 sales, which included 459 new retail vehicles, 391 used retail vehicles, and 47 forward orders.
