Pure Driven Events spearheaded a comprehensive Lost Sale Campaign for a motor group in the south of England, encompassing four Hyundai sites, two Skoda sites, and one MG site. This targeted initiative aims to reconnect with potential customers who did not complete their purchases, employing strategic follow-ups and tailored communication to rekindle interest. By analysing lost opportunities, the campaign focuses on driving enquiry levels and improving conversion rates, ultimately striving to enhance the overall sales performance of each site. Through the Lost Sale Campaign, the client successfully achieved 502 appointments, demonstrating a commendable 4.1% appointment-to-prospect conversion rate. Of these appointments, 432 were initiated and booked directly by the prospects themselves, showcasing a high level of interest and engagement. Meanwhile, 75 appointments were facilitated by sales executives and sales managers, further indicating the strategic effectiveness of the campaign in optimising lead follow-up and conversion processes. This comprehensive approach not only bolstered appointment figures but also reinforced the overall sales strategy.

Through the innovative approach of the Pure Driven Events Lost Sale Campaign, the client achieved remarkable success, resulting in a turnover of 264 sales. This campaign effectively re-engaged potential customers who had previously shown interest but had not committed to a purchase.
